ARRIVAL
Receptionist checks you in at the front desk with hand sanitizer and shoe covers. Then you will have a private consultation with our skin expert and a comprehensive VISIA Skin Analysis before any treatments to understand your skin’s needs and your skin goals. Solutions for your condition will be recommended for you to consider before finalizing on a treatment plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation can benefit another client in need. Must you cancel or change your scheduled treatment time and/or date, we require a courtesy call at least 48 hours in advance.
A late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours of appointment or missing your appointment entirely will be considered as “No-Show”. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked.
