What is it?iPixel skin-resurfacing laser treatment helps to improve skin texture, tone and pore size, and reduces or removes the appearance of marks and blemishes.
How does it work?
The laser beam penetrates the upper layers of the skin and creates precise tiny perforations called pixels. This means only a targeted skin is removed while the surrounding tissues stay intact. The end result is that new collagen is produced as part of your skin’s natural healing process to replace the resurfaced skin with new and healthy skin tissue.

The results are permanent and may even continue to improve over 6 months or so. However, your skin will continue to age due to sun exposure, weight changes, gravity, and other factors. Additional touch up treatments will likely be necessary and using sunscreen daily as well as a good skin care regimen is important.
We usually recommend a programme of 3 to 5 treatments, at intervals of 4 weeks, but this may vary according to your skin condition.
During your consultation, we will discuss the sessions you will need and any issues or concerns about the procedure.
You will need to use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer after the treatment and avoid any harsh irritants on the treated skin. It is important not to rub, exfoliate, or scrub the treatment areas. You will also need to use sunblock (minimum spf 30) to protect the treatment area.
